Erica Chila, PhD, LMSW, RP is a Registered Parliamentarian, a member of The National Association of Parliamentarians, a member of The Michigan State Association of Parliamentarians, and the President of the Mid-Michigan Unit of the National Association of Parliamentarians. Dr. Chila provides consultation and training in Parliamentary Procedure following Robert’s Rules of Order. Parliamentary Services are individualized and provided to individuals, groups and organizations.
